I’m Tracy, and I know what it feels like when life no longer fits
There was a point in my life where everything looked fine on the outside…
but it didn’t feel right anymore.
I had done all the things I was supposed to do.
Built the life. Checked the boxes. Kept it all moving.
And still—something felt off.
Not broken. Not wrong. Just… disconnected.
That’s the part no one really talks about.
Because when nothing is technically “wrong,” it’s easy to assume the problem is you.
It’s not.
It’s that you’ve changed and your life hasn’t caught up yet.
That realization changed everything for me.
I stopped trying to fix myself, and started understanding who I had become.
That’s where clarity started and where the confidence came back.
And that’s what led me to this work.
Now, I help other women do the same—without rushing, forcing, or pretending they have it all figured out.
My approach is simple, but not always easy:
We pause.
We get honest about what’s actually going on and understand who you are now before moving forward—on purpose.
Sometimes that looks like forward momentum and decision-making.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down and going deeper.
Either way, the goal is the same:
👉 You trusting yourself again
👉 You knowing what’s next
👉 You living in a way that actually fits your life now
I’m a certified life and health coach with a background in education and fitness.
Before coaching, I spent years:
helping students navigate major life transitions
helping individuals strengthen their bodies and confidence
Now, I bring that experience into my work with women navigating one of the biggest transitions of all—mid-life.
I am also a trauma-informed coach and co-founder of the Becoming program, which deepens my ability to support women who need a more integration-focused starting point.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me:
playing volleyball
cheering on hockey
traveling or near the water whenever possible
I value honesty, growth, and making the most of the time we have.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance something in your life feels off.
Not broken.
Just not quite right anymore.
You don’t have to figure that out alone.
Let’s start with a conversation.
